What time is entry to an event?

Entry times for each show will be advertised on the specific event page as well as by the ticket provider. Please refer to this information as they may vary from event to event.

Is there a dress code?

At CONTENT, we only ask you not to wear anything that may cause harm or offence to other guests. This includes items such as offensive slogans printed on clothes, studded shoes etc. Please use common sense, it is up to our security staff to determine whether what you’re wearing is suitable for the venue. 

I lost something at the venue, what do I do?

Please fill out our lost property form here. You will be able to detail the date you lost your item and provide a description of the item lost. Unclaimed items in our cloakroom will be treated as lost property, we keep items for 2 weeks before donating them to charity.

What is your bag policy?

No bags larger than an A4 piece of paper will be allowed into the venue for security purposes. All personal belongings will be subject to a search prior to entry into CONTENT.

Are there any prohibited items?

Illegal substances

Any liquids, sealed or not

Food

Explosives

Fireworks

Flares

Any item that may be used as a weapon

Our security team reserves the right to confiscate any prohibited items, and anybody found in possession of them may be refused admission, removed from the venue, and may be held liable for prosecution. 

Is there a cloakroom?

How do I book tickets?

If you would like to book tickets for Bongo’s Bingo, you can pre-purchase these from their website www.bongosbingo.co.uk

If you would like to purchase tickets to any other event, you can do this via our ticketing partner, DICE.

Is there a box office to book tickets in person?

Limited tickets will be available on the door for some events (excluding Bongo’s Bingo) this is subject to availability and promoters’ request.

Is there a last entry time?

Can I leave an event and come back again?

CONTENT operates a no re-entry policy. Once your ticket has been scanned and you are inside the venue, please do not leave as you will not be allowed back in.

Where can I find my ticket to your event?

You can find your ticket on the relevant partner app. For Bongo’s Bingo tickets, please refer to their app. For any tickets purchased through DICE, please refer to their app.

If an event is sold out, can I still get a ticket?

Our ticketing partner, DICE, offers a waiting list for tickets to be put on resale. Please refer to DICE for more information.

I purchased a second hand ticket from somebody who is not an authorised reseller. Can you check that it’s a real ticket?

Unfortunately, we cannot assist with any tickets bought second-hand, outside of the authorised DICE resale platform.

As tempting as it might be to buy one, touted tickets don’t help fans, artists or venues – and there’s a chance it might be invalid which would mean we couldn’t let you in. So, sticking to reputable sellers is best for everyone.

Is your venue accessible?

Can I bring my assistance dog?

We can only allow guide dogs into the venue. Please see our accessibility page for further details.

Can I pay with cash & card in your venue?

We do accept cash, but card is preferred.
