At CONTENT, we only ask you not to wear anything that may cause harm or offence to other guests. This includes items such as offensive slogans printed on clothes, studded shoes etc. Please use common sense, it is up to our security staff to determine whether what you’re wearing is suitable for the venue.
Please fill out our lost property form here. You will be able to detail the date you lost your item and provide a description of the item lost. Unclaimed items in our cloakroom will be treated as lost property, we keep items for 2 weeks before donating them to charity.
No bags larger than an A4 piece of paper will be allowed into the venue for security purposes. All personal belongings will be subject to a search prior to entry into CONTENT.

Our security team reserves the right to confiscate any prohibited items, and anybody found in possession of them may be refused admission, removed from the venue, and may be held liable for prosecution.

If you would like to purchase tickets to any other event, you can do this via our ticketing partner, DICE.
Limited tickets will be available on the door for some events (excluding Bongo’s Bingo) this is subject to availability and promoters’ request.

CONTENT operates a no re-entry policy. Once your ticket has been scanned and you are inside the venue, please do not leave as you will not be allowed back in.

CONTENT Liverpool currently has no on-site parking.Private parking is available on Grafton street and free street parking may be available also.The nearest council blue badge parking spaces are detailed here.
Unfortunately, we cannot assist with any tickets bought second-hand, outside of the authorised DICE resale platform.
As tempting as it might be to buy one, touted tickets don’t help fans, artists or venues – and there’s a chance it might be invalid which would mean we couldn’t let you in. So, sticking to reputable sellers is best for everyone.
